Rodent control
Meant for controlling rat problem inside as well as outside the premises and safeguarding the important files, papers, Boxes, carpets, electrical and Telephone wiring, wooden ceiling, paneling, cardboards, raw materials etc. from rodent’s damage. The SP shall visit regularly for changing and replacing the glue pads/bait-stickers & used glue pads should be disposed off outside the building.

ROLE OF DYNAMIC PEST & RODENT CONTROL
Pre and post treatment procedures for the various pest control treatments.
DYNAMIC PEST & RODENT CONTROL has specific pest management programme applicable to
hospitals / food handling organizations/plants (Not generalized methods). DPRC ensure that the treatment
itself does not expose food to risk of contamination.
All chemicals, methods and measures are approved and registered by Central Insecticide Board, Govt. of
India.
DPRC keeps updated on newer and effective methods of Pest Control.
DPRC will identify, classify and document history of all pest and infestation at all various sides along with
the knowledge of their lifecycles and habits.
DPRC will forward the copy of all services, schedules, location plans, bait stations, regularly monitoring
reports, audit reports and special reports to Q.A. department.
DPRC will maintain the reports and records of ongoing activities and copies of it will be submitted to QA Dept.
DPRC will proactively identify breeding spots ingress points for concerned pests within the premises and
carry out and suggest necessary and corrective actions on our andside as well to rectify it.
The first phase of pest control will be Curative in nature. The final scope thereafter would focus on
prevention and monitoring.
A site-specific schedule for the various services needs to be made jointly by the fmfor regular monitoring
will forward a copy of all Service Schedules, Location plans for the Baits and any other relevant documents
to fm. Our service technician will fill in the Records, Formats, and Reports etc as per the schedule and will
be available with him for the scrutiny.
Any change in frequency, which would be proposed either by DPRC or by Client must be substantiated by
data and record.
Standard Operating Procedures for Disinfestation treatment
Scope: DPRC will carry out Disinfestation treatment to control Crawling insect pests like Cockroaches,
Silverfish, Red and Black Ants and Bedbugs in the form of Insecticidal spray, they will also cover floors walls,
Ceilings and Drainage manholes in the Offices, Pantries, Warehouse, Godowns, Common areas, toilets.
The Treatment in the production and warehouse areas will be crack crevices treatment, either on the floor /
walls / ceiling and drains, with a view to avoid any contamination.
In areas other than Production, RM and FM Warehouse, rooms ,building ,the client shall close all the doors,
windows, and ventilators prior to the treatment and keep close them at least for 3 hours, after the treatment.
Equipments: 05 lit capacity hand operated compressor spraying.
Pesticides: Cyfluthrin, Propoxur Single in alteration and substitution.
Pretreatment: Treatment is scheduled when the production is suspended. All the food related material is
closed and kept out of the treatment area. The areas like cupboard are emptied out. Exhaust and fans are put
off. The chemical emulsion required for treatment is judged. The exact quantity of water is filled in the pressure
pump. Exact quantity of pesticide is mixed into it and pump is made ready for pumping. After 3 to 4 pumping
the desired pressure is achieved. The lance is directed into the cracks, crevices corners and opened manholes
and other possible hiding places the areas, which require residual layer is given a Blanket, spray only wherever
necessary. One after another the entire scheduled area is treated. Signature is obtained from respective
departmental authority along with observations and remarks if any. This premises has to keep close for 3 hours.
Post Treatment: After opening the treated premises is ventilated by opening the windows and door for the
half an hour. The area that may come in contact with products directly is to clean with water and mopped. The
dead insects if any is collected and disposed out. The balance chemical pesticide left out is disposed in the
special dumping pit & soil is covered on it.
